IMMIGRATION & NATIONALITY LAW
Schwartz Immigration Law, PLLC will help you throughout your immigration process and will prepare you as much as possible to get this all right the first time!
Our office does not work on all types of cases, but we have experience with the following classes of cases:
We will help you determine your eligibility and even give you multiple options depending on your particular circumstances. If you decide you want us to work with you we will gladly do so. We will complete all your immigration paperwork, keep you updated on your case, and prepare you for interviews that may be required in order to become a Permanent Resident or Citizen.
We take our work seriously and in addition to working on cases Attorney Schwartz is a regular speaker at CLEs (Continuing Legal Education) where she teaches attorneys about the areas she works in. In addition, Attorney Schwartz also takes the time to attend CLEs to expand her own base of knowledge to better serve her clients. She also takes time to engage in advocacy work by traveling to Washington, D.C. to lobby members of Congress in person to push for changes in the law that will help her clients.

What you all have in common is you know you have a problem and wisely prefer to have a professional help solve it. Whether you are confused about what you need to achieve your goals or if you simply want to optimize your time by not learning a whole new skill set to solve your problem. You are already going through a lot. You should not have to also worry about the outcome of your immigration process. With our help, you can at least have peace of mind that you and your family WILL be together again.
